Gimbal moving slowly to setting if is in the air and going to waypoint 1. Now it’s going to fast.

I cannot tell from your description whether the gimbal pitch angle is moving too fast or too slow although it should not be moving at all.
Normally, there should be no gimbal pitch angle changes until you reach your first waypoint.
