When I first used the app, follow mode video playback worked perfectly. Now for some reason I get the report unknown error, yet on all the other modes, playing back video works well? " Your advice would be greatly appreciated."
You proberly turned the drone off without first stop recording.
Put the sd card back in the drone, then turn the drone on and off. This might fix the corrupt video file.

Anyone have any ideas? I’d really appreciate some help here. It’s super frustrating trying to deal with this issue, and I’m hoping someone might have a workaround or a solid fix. As Tribar stated above, a corrupted video file can occur when a drone is turned off while in record mode. The generally accepted solution is to power the drone back up (with the corrupted video file on the SD card) and record another short video. This should repair the video file by properly closing it.
If that does not work, either the utility mentioned above or the one that you found will probably work. Why not try it and let us know?
