Would you please clarify what you are asking? Litchi and Litchi Pilot are two separate apps. You close/exit them like any other app at which time you can run any other app.

Open Google Play Store
Search for “Litchi App”
On the Litchi app page Scroll down until you see the text “You’re a beta tester”
Click on the blue text “Leave”
