Everything went perfect except headings...

I just created a big involved waypoint mission and had no issue overwriting the .KML file on my RC2. Every piece of info was transferred without error… except none of my headings (which are all custom) made it. They all are set to manual and pointing in one direction. Mission Hub setting is set to Custom and all 51 waypoints have a different value. Those values show in the “Litchi Waypoint Mission to DJI Fly Waypoint Mission Converter” but it shows Manual there as well. What am I missing?

Please share your mission by unchecking the “private” checks and posting the URL here.

I experienced a similar unexpected camera heading direction assignment change when I translated a Litchi mission to DJI Fly format for my Air 3.

Since my waypoint missions rarely exceed 60 waypoints in complexity, it is easy to go through and re-position all headings in sequence until the transposed flight plan is a mirror image of the original one.

All the same, I’ll be following this discussion with keen interest.

I actually can’t share the mission due to my job. But I did get it to work…it was fixed by removing all errors I received regarding the curves being set to zero. Or at least that’s the only thing I changed and then it populated the field correctly.

How did you fix the errors? Did you just set the curve size to something non-zero? It’s not clear how that would affect the headings.

If you had specified the heading at each waypoint in Litchi’s Mission Hub, then you want to make sure the proper heading mode is selected in my utility:

If you would like to get to completely resolve this, you can contact me privately so that I can see the problem in more detail and provide an explanation.
