I hope you were able to resolve this year old request, for anyone else who may be experiencing a PARSE_OPERATOR_POS_FAIL error:

This error was an issue that resulted in not being able to start the props on a fully updated Phantom 4 V2 using Litchi or DJI.

And two seperate errors from DJI Go, a sensor calibration and RFID Broadcast error AND an explanation that the props wouldn’t start becsuse of the RFID not being able to broadcast the Location.

Solution: Make sure Location is TURNED ON for the controller device in use and reboot everything. No issues since for me.
