Hi. When I used a 3rd party app to flight plan and litchi to fly that path, I could instruct the drone to stop at each point to take the photo. I can’t see an option to set this up on the pc software for litchi flight planning (beta) does the beta litchi pilot do this automatically?
Waypoint actions are ignored when the mission “Path Mode” is “Curved Turns” as the aircraft will not stop at waypoints then.
Hi TriBar, thanks for the response. What about if I use straight lines but want the drone to stop at each photo point along each line, not just at the corners?
In straight-line missions, the drone will generally stop at each waypoint (unless certain conditions are met). When using either distance or timed intervals, the drone will not stop for each photo. This shouldn’t be a problem if the shutter speed is sufficiently high.
Thanks wesbarris, using the beta version, can the time the drone stops at each photo spot be set/altered?
In a Mapping Mission the drone does NOT stop at a photo spot, regardless of the chosen Path Mode !
In a Straight Lines Mission the drone stops at each Waypoint.
You can add the Waypoint Action “Hover x seconds” and “Take Photo” at each waypoint, just like in the “old” Hub and Litchi app.
