Newb question, so sorry if idiotic.
Prepared a mission where I have several waypoints and in each I hold for a few secs, take photo, and continue to the next waypoint. After about 10 of these, I start video recording and several waypoints later stop recording.
When running said mission, photos are taken but the drone never “holds” when instructed; when I get to the video part, instead of starting to record it takes more photos.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
In Mission Settings, the path mode needs to be set to Straight Lines, otherwise it will ignore the actions.

I actually heard that you can’t use curves and since I did want curves in the video, I set only the waypoints where there were actions to 0-curve. But I guess that’s not good enough sinceb only doing it on mission settings works!
That’s not good enough, the mission needs to be set to no curves at all. I’m trying to find a workaround currently like I have already with Litchi Surveys.
You can just complete the mission twice. And put curve lines for the video
That’s how you can do it! A lot of people don’t seem to know about this. You need to add two wp… at each point where you want to perform an action. To do this, you need to set the coordinates on the keyboard to the same as the waypoint. But make the height 1 meters more, and then 1 meters less. Thus, the drone will accurately stop at the waypoint and perform actions.

Hello, can you explain in detail the programming, does it work in curve mode ?
Straight line mode only
With the mini 2 and android, even though I set to straight line it still is not taking photos. I thought because I have auto record when take off, the action I tried at each way point to stop record, wait 5 seconds, take photo, then start record. It did only take the video, I had no photos on the SD card. Can someone explain why?
