DJI customer Services level of knowledge

I strongly believe that Litchi would benefit of addressing DJI management about these kind of utterly ridiculous claims.

Yes, I have seen that question answered both ways by DJI. If they recommend using only DJI Fly, one has to wonder why they create the MSDK which enables 3rd party vendors to create alternative apps for DJI drones.


I’ve got my drone covered via an insurance policy rather than DJI care, and before I started using 3rd party apps I contacted them to check if I’d be covered, and they replied, that as long as the software was designed to be used with the insred drone, there would be no problem, and there wasn’t when I had to make a claim a couple of months ago
