Deleted mission

In Litchi Hub I somehow deleted a mission, but the mission is still on the DJI rc 2 pro controller.
How can I transfer the mission from the controller back to the Litchi Hub for editing ?

Also, when the mission path is shown on the DJI controller, ready to fly, any accidental hand touch on the mission screen
will totally scramble the mission path.
It would be good if DJI would enable a mission lock similar to that in Litchi Hub.

Connect the controller to your computer.

In the Mission Hub: choose “Import from DJI Fly”
