When I use Litchi with my DJI air 2s. If the connection between the controller and the aircraft is disconnected during a waypoints operation. Will the aircraft finish the waypoints operation then returns home?

The Air 2S will revert to RTH and make a beeline for home if the RC signal is interrupted for more than a few seconds. Older drones like the Mavic 2 Pro will faithfully complete the waypoint mission even if you turn off the RC controller at any point during a waypoint mission.
