Hi. I just bought Litchi for DJI drones. I have removed the DJI fly app from the iPhone. But there is no camera connection from my Mavic mini to my IPhone. All other informations show, though.
Hello Mikael_Zuschlag, here is the Litchi User Guide instructions for connecting your drone. Check out the guide for anything Litchi!
Connecting Litchi to your drone
First, ensure you are using the latest DJI firmwares on both your drone and remote controller if you are using one. You can update the firmware using DJI Fly/Go, or for older drone models download them from dji.com. Then, depending on your mobile platform, follow the steps below. iOS
- Make sure no DJI-based apps (including DJI Fly, DJI Go and other third party apps) are running in the background. If there are any, close them
- Start your drone and remote controller if you are using one, and let them initialize for a few seconds
- Connect the remote controller to the mobile device using a cable. For Wi-Fi based drones (Phantom 3 Standard/4K or Spark), connect to the Wi-Fi network of the drone instead
- Start Litchi
Hi. I deleted the DJI fly app, but still no camera connection…What can I do?
There is no reason to delete DJI Fly. You will need it for various functions. You just don’t want to have them both resident at the same time.
Is your DJI firmware up to date?
Yes, everything is up to date. Just no camera …
I have to assume that when you did have DJI Fly installed, that you did have the camera view. If you did, that would rule out a bad cable.
If everything is up-to-date, this should work. You may have to go through several troubleshooting steps like rebooting your iPhone, force-closing all other apps, restarting Litchi, etc.
Thanks, DJI fly works perfectly. I Will try to reboot everything, maybe …
