The application will remain stuck on the introductory log when started. It will only load immediately after restarting the phone, but will stop working after a while.
I’d be guessing that its not coded for use with 13, seeing that 12 is the latest general release and 13 is only beta (heck 12 in some cases isn’t much above beta standard)
I’m in the same boat. DJI Fly won’t load and I tried Litchi as others said that it would work. I’m out of luck at the moment and considering a refund request.
Some with me down loaded it and keeps crushing after I have to restart my phone

I’m in the same boat too. DJI FLY won’t work on Android 13, lots of people said Litchi is working fine, and it also isn’t working.
So report it to Android Beta people, that’s what you are on a beta program for
