Any recommendations about drones and RC?

Hi, i need to select a drone and RC to do site monitoring with the waypoint feature.

Can you please recommand me the best drone for this kind of job ? (compatible with litchi ofc)

I need an RC too. I saw that only smart controller or RC Pro are compatible, are they good to use with litchi ?
Also, this will be used by beginner pilots so i need someting under 900g.

What do you think about this config : DJI Smart controller + Air 2S ?

This is my first post so i hope i’m doing it right. And I am exited to learn more about litchi ! :slight_smile:

Air2S is great but I would not buy the DJI Smart controller. DJI does not even support it anymore and it is a very old and underpowered device. You will more than likely have problems with it. You will be better off using the RC-N1 controller with a phone or Tablet/iPad. The DJI RC Pro will work with the A2S but obviously more money. That’s my 2 cents worth of an opinion.

I’d like to try out goggles. I would like a bigger screen, better visibility, and more immersive. The new AR glasses might be another option too.

Well then the RC-N1 with something like a galaxy tab 7 or 9 fe it’s a good bet, both have a 12.4 inch screen, it’s what I use with my mini 2

Have a look at the new Tripltek. Ultra bright. Very fast processor. Battery lasts a week. SIM card function too. Buy direct from states, zero import duty. Supply brackets to fit DJI controllers as well. I have one. Great Kit.

Get the Air 3s with RC N3, Get an iPad mini 6 so you can run Litchi. Litchi won’t work with the RC 2. The Air 3s has 360° obstacle avoidance. Then fly son.. flyyyy!

Neither Litchi nor the new Litchi Pilot apps are compatible with the Air 3 series.
Besides that, Litchi Pilot is ONLY available for Android.
