Air 2S won't respond to zoom actions

Thanks to all who helped me through my last problem. All working good now on that.
Now I’m trying to figure out why my mission actions won’t zoom to various magnifications. Particularly live/manual view, but it won’t work while recording also. and yes, I have “straight lines” enabled. I’m hoping it’s something simple and overlooked like the last problem.
