3D grid flight path option greyed out

Hi, I’m new to Litchi and was just testing for future use.

I took a look and can see that the ortho map and 3d model options have 3D currently unavailable for now. Any idea how long it will be until the 3D option becomes available? this is the main reason I was taking a look at Litchi, for the possibility of 3d grid and perimeter flights.

Otherwise, I like the simplicity of the layout and tools, as well as the google earth and animation views, Id like to start using Litchi should the 3D option be available.

Any ideas for time frame on this option? Cheers!

It is not clear why you say the 3D option is currently unavailable. I can select and use it:

Perhaps I’m not understanding your question.

After further inspection I see you are referring to the “Mapping Mode”:

No, we don’t know how long it will be until the “3D Reconstruction” option is ready. They are working on it so I wouldn’t expect it to take too long.

Hi, yep, this was the option I meant. (3d reconstruction)
