14 m Distance in relation to what?

If the engines weren’t running yet, what distance did the “14m” refer to?

Note that in the following photo the engines were already running, and therefore the 1m mark refers to the distance between the AIR 2S and the landing pad. Can someone clarify this for me? The location is a square in my city where I got the sunset view today.

It is the distance from drone position to home point position (the green H on the map). The home point position generally resets to the drone position upon taking off.
