Hi I got all over excited and bought the app only to find my mini 4k was not compatible. I sent refund request within 20 minutes of purchasing the app. I didn’t even install or run the app. I have sent numerous emails but have not had any response. I’m not happy.

Before you claim that refund, look over the list of Litchi-compatible drones and see whether you own any of them, or might soon buy one of them. Litchi is worth keeping, and it will breathe new life into an older DJI drone such as the Phantom 3 Standard or Air 1, both of which can be picked up used for less than $200 USD.
