Allow importing and displaying USGS and other lidar sources. Google Earth does not have 3D data in all locations, and its 3d data can be inaccurate/low resolution. Several Lidar sources exist that could be uploaded and displayed as a point cloud or a triangulated mesh, allowing planning flights that avoid trees, map facades, inspect roofs, etc.
