Try Force Stopping DJI Fly in the RC Pro 2 Settings.

To force stop DJI Fly, go to the device Settings - Apps - DJI Fly - Force Stop

I don’t have a RC Pro 2.

i can confirm that forcing dji fly app to stop allowed the drone to connect and i am able to start and stop the propellers but there is no camera preview in manual, waypoint and follow modes ☹

We don’t have one to test but most likely it will require DJI to update the SDK
