I have a Air 2s with the smart controller and purchased the Litchi app for IOS to create waypoints. However, I am unable to connect on my iPhone or iPad through the controller’s USB plug. I have also tried force stopping all DJI apps and still unable to connect. Litchi app always displays the DISCONNECTED message on top.
Any one else have this issue?

In order to use the Litchi app with a Smart Controller, you would install the app on the Smart Controller instead of installing the app on one smart device and then trying to connect the two smart devices together.

Well that’s a bummer I paid for the app in the appstore so out 25 lol and I will need to buy again. Should i get from amazon or should i install the google play store and the version from there?

I have a similar issue. I was able to successfully purchase the app, but I can’t seem to download the app onto the controller. The instructions listed above do not match what comes up on Amazon.
Are you trying to download from the browser on the controller? If so when you get to the page from the link above click on the option “I uninstalled the Amazon Appstore on Android. How can I re-install it?” The is a click here option to reinstall.
