The Discovery option should allow placing location to find the missions, registered, closest to the desired location.

If I understand what you are asking, this is quite easy.
- Type in the name of the city in the search field in the upper left of Mission Hub and press Enter.
- Use your mouse wheel to zoom out to reveal any registered missions near the location of interest.
If I did not properly understand what you are asking perhaps you could rephrase your question.
