Device formatted, can not recover the software

I format the device because i lost data connectivity, when I restored the device I tried to install the app, is the same device and the same google play account, and it request me a new payment.

Could you please provide me the app or provide me a way to restore the app?


Make sure that you are logged in to the correct Google account in your mobile device settings. You must be logged in to the Google account you used to purchase the app.

If you are already logged in to the correct account and the problem persists, try the following:
Go to your General settings > Application Manager > Google Playstore > Clear Cache and reboot your mobile device it should fix your issue.
