Curves on Way Points / Not sure the drone "looks" at the right Point Of Interest

I find LITCHI great for my MINI SE. Planning missions in advance is easy and safe.
Has anyone experienced lack of precision in focussing on POIs when programming curves instead of angles? I am using the “yaw” option, since the gimbal has a limited freedom of movement.

I have found that sometimes you need to set a waypoint on the POI to get it
pointing in the right direction, but then need to unlock the waypoint from the POI
and then add or subtract a few horizontal degrees to that waypoint to make the mission go smoothly and to remove any sudden jumps in the mission.
