Can’t create focus square with Mini 2

I specifically paid for Litchi for my DJI Mini 2 for the active track and follow ability. However after installing on my Samsung S9+ I cannot draw a focus square on the target while in focus mode. When trying to draw a square it instead tilts the gimbal up or down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Software is up to date and connects to the craft fine. I’ve done some successful waypoint missions already.

In track mode you must use two fingers to create the square. From the users manual:
