- the Android or iOS version you are using on your mobile device
- the Litchi version (see settings) you are using
- the DJI firmware version you are using

Something i don’t understand but why doesn’t litchi have a customer support # instead of writing on writing on this site and waiting days for answers ?

Mobil Device: Ipad Air  
IOS Version: 17.1  
Litchi Version: Latest, just downloaded today \*(bought)  
DJI Version: 4.3.5

in defense of Litchi, I did get a (computer generated response) within a 20 minutes. 🙂
